Lynda's Fitness Progress Pictures

Hi, my name is Lynda and in May of 2001 I started Bill Phillips' Body-for-Life program and never looked back!!  Though I made a great (and still ongoing) physical transformation, the most important changes have taken place inside.  Exactly two years after starting the program, I earned my certification as a fitness trainer from the ISSA.  Health and fitness truly changed my life in ways I could not have imagined.

I put these pictures up in order to share them with some of my fellow Internet junkies.  I'm finding some of my captions very amusing one year later!

I’m titling this “The Woman With No Eyes and her Trusty Sidekick”.  The camera snapped seconds after Neo was done giving me the infamous “Doberman Handshake”!
Here is the back flex view.  Renee said those big dimples behind my shoulders are muscles but I don't know…. They look pretty strange to me.
Let’s all sing, “Where oh where have my ab muscles gone… where, oh where could they be???”  I figure mine will show at about 2.5% BF!
